I've removed the 1.1.x version again. The problem is that drools wont play nicely with java7. To make it possible to support java7 we'll have to upgrade all supported branches to drools 5.3 .

I've fixed that on a new branch (https://github.com/openengsb/openengsb/tree/OPENENGSB-1861/java7) for the master. I've no idea right now how to fix this for 1.2.x without upgrading to the latest drools version since they wont release a new version of pre 5.2 which would be required for 1.2.x. Since this wont affect any clients but only internals I think we should upgrade on 1.2.x. WDYT?
