      Description

Currently the connector manager always sets the connectorId and domainId on a connector during the init process. Well, this is basically a good thing but a remote connector already knows those two. Therefore a simple overload might be a good idea stating if a connector instance knows already about it's internals or not. Those two methods can then be called according to this or not.

Instead of an overload a new method "createWithKnownIdentity" should be added. In addition a special look should be given to the restart of the OEB

We need to add a special attribute and store it in the connector-description because that way we can handle restarts properly
